Arrival and departure
Arrivals are usually after 2pm and departure before 10am. Please call 1 hour before arrival.
Payment
All stays are paid in cash. All payments has to bed made at check-in
Parking
Free parking on the property
Keys
Please take good care of your keys. If they are lost, we will have to charge a fee of DKK 2000 as a locksmith will have to reset all locks in the entire B&B
Cancellation
Should you be so unfortunate that you must have to cancel or adjust your booking, please read our terms for this below
- Cancellation of the entire stay can be done free of charge or any fees until 8 weeks before the date of arrival
- In case of cancellation of the entire stay or change of number of persons 4 to 8 weeks before arrival, we will charge 50% of the difference to the confirmed booking
- In case of cancellation of the entire stay or change of number of persons 1 to 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 75% of the difference to the confirmed booking
- In case of cancellation of the entire stay or change of number of persons less than 1 week before arrival, we will charge 100% of the confirmed booking
- Cancellation of the entire stay must be made in writing
